Family Pictures

We recently took family pictures and I thought I'd share a few of my favorites. Jack's least favorite part of his photo shoot was when we made him wear his pumpkin costume. He is not a fan of being confined; thus his dislike for the costume. Other Jack updates include:

• He now has seven teeth. He got three of them in the span of a week and a half!
• He also figured out how to growl recently. Doing this really entertains him, and he'll growl to himself, or back and forth with Nathan, for so long that he makes himself cough.
• We might have a picky eater on our hands. We tried applesauce today and from his face you'd think I was trying to get him to eat dirt. We also tried sweet potatoes again and he still doesn't like them.
• Rocking on all fours is a favorite pastime now. No crawling yet, but he rolls around like crazy. He's also learning to sit up by himself from a laying down position. So it looks like he's reclining on his side most of the time.
• His favorite part of the day is 5:45. That's when Nathan gets home from work. As soon as Nathan walks through the door, Jack immediately starts smiling like crazy, kicking his arms and legs and laughing most of the time.
