Kindergarten Round Up

Tonight was Jack's kindergarten round up. Lexi came over to watch Henry so Nathan and I could both go. Jack was really excited to see his new school. It helps that two of our neighbors will be starting kindergarten with him in the fall. Here he is with Cami and Macey in the gym at school.


We learned all kinds of information about school next year and Jack got to visit a kindergarten classroom during the presentation. He said he had a snack, listened to a story and colored a picture. He wasn't scared at all. Again, it helped that one of his best friends from preschool got assigned to the same classroom as him.

And I didn't cry! Although I did get a little teary during a video of "A Day in the Life of a Kindergartener."
