Today we started a new Lewis family tradition – Family Adventures. My idea is to do a surprise with the boys every so often, maybe once a month but that is probably too ambitious. We won’t tell them where we are going and we’ll give them clues along the way (I thought of the clue thing after we got home today so no clues for this one).
Our kickoff was a trip to Line Creek Railroad. It was such a neat place; it’s a little kid train about 20 minutes from our house. Tickets are only 50 cents each – it reminded me of the train in Independence. Jack absolutely loved it. Henry really seemed to enjoy riding too; he was waving his arms and kicking his legs.

We rode two times; on each ride you get to go around the big loop twice, which includes a ride through a tunnel.
